The crystal of grounding and protection from "energy vampires" (people who suck all the positive energy out of you). Black Tourmaline is a beautiful black crystal said to cleanse the aura and bring protection from "energy vampires", encourage feelings of security and stability, and help calm fear and bring grounding. Black Tourmaline is a great crystal to have with you when you're in situations of uncertainty, with people who carry a negative energy and want to bring you down. 

In this session, we will...

• talk about the crystal's energy and properties and how we can bring this energy into our day to day lives
• repeat the calming, grounding positive affirmations all together
• I'll guide us through a meditation for dealing with "energy vampires" and staying calm
