About the Workshop
You are invited to a nourishing evening of connection in all of your wholeness, however you are.
These gatherings are a sacred and safe space for showing up fully as you are, actively listening to others, sharing in honesty, breathing deeply in meditation, and looking inwards to our inner world through reflective journaling.
The new moon is a time of setting intentions, and reflecting on what we want to call into our lives in the next moon cycle.
