The crystal of truth and honesty. Sodalite is a beautiful blue and white crystal said to help with communication and self-expression, encourage truth and honesty, and inspire self-belief and confidence. Sodalite activates the throat chakra (energy centre in the body) is a great crystal to have with you when you have to present yourself e.g. public speaking, job interview, networking event etc. 

In this session, we will...

• talk about the crystal's energy and properties and how we can bring this energy into our day to day lives
• repeat truth and self-belief positive affirmations all together
• I'll guide us through a meditation for clearing the throat chakra and speaking our truth
