Meditation is taking some time to come home to the present moment and focus on the breath. It's about being mindful, being fully in your body and finding a few moments of peace.


It can be a powerful tool to help lift our mood, heighten our self-awareness, and help us connect with our spirit, Mother Earth and the Universe.

There’s no right or wrong way to meditate, and I aim to make mindfulness accessible to everyone. My guided meditations are inspired by Kadampa Buddhist teachings, which focus on developing a peaceful mind for the benefit of ourselves and others, and my own intuition and crystals.
