How to choose a crystal

Do you feel drawn to crystals, but don’t know where to start when it comes to choosing the right one? All the different names, colours, properties, energies - it can be a bit overwhelming.

So here’s my advice:

Follow your instinct! When you’re in a crystal shop or browsing an Etsy page, take a few moments to centre yourself: close your eyes, take three deep breaths, open your eyes and notice:

• what colours you’re drawn too?

• what shape?

• what size?

• smooth or raw?

• angular or curvy?

• which crystal is calling to you?

Listen to that gut feeling that knows what’s right for you, and I’ll bet that the crystal that you feel drawn to first, has the energies, properties and affirmations you need in that moment.
